Stuck in Japan

We started our journey to HK Tuesday morning at 8 and now is still stuck in Tokyo. The NW 19 (Minneapolis - Tokyo) we were on had to take a much longer route because of a volcanic eruption in Russia. With the significantly increased travel distance the plane had to stop by Portland for refueling. This change resulted in the delay of our flight from Tokyo to HK. We end up having to stay for one night in Tokyo Port Hotel. Will catch the 9:45 flight to HK in the morning.
